Everything is just perfect, from staff to venue setting and the variety of wildlife that it hosts, beautifully decorated accommodation, scrumptious food served in varied locations, to the spa facilities and the game park drives. Guides go out of their way for you to achieve your viewing objectives and the food packed for the away day not only is delicious, but well presented and served. Rarely stayed in such a nice hotel. For African standards the service is at a very high level. The staff is friendly and very attentive and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and the food was excellent. The included safari with expert driver and guide was also recommended. All in all a super experience in Falaza.

It was very charming. We were alone so very peacefull, Very well and very warm wellcome. Nice game drive. The food is average.

This review is specifically for the Spa at Falaza Game Lodge. My friend and I came here for a couple of spa treatments. From the moment we walked into the spa everyone was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spa itself was relaxing and clean. I received a one hour massage and a facial with Unathi. As soon as she was finished with both, I knew I had to write her a review; she did an amazing job! I’ve had massages other places, but this was quite honestly the best! After she finished my facial, my face was glowing and felt so good. My friend also had a one hour massage and a pedicure with Nokwanda, and my friend agreed that it was the best massage and pedicure she’s ever had as well! In fact I even sent my husband a couple of days later for a neck and back massage with Unathi and he said it really helped relieve his back pain. I highly recommend this spa! Well done!
